YouTube Theater: A Practical Visit Guide

YouTube Theater is at 1011 Stadium Drive in Inglewood, California. A hotel in Hawthorne for a YouTube Theater visit gives you a Hawthorne base for planning your event-day arrival.

Event listings include “Buy Tickets” and “More Info” links, and a calendar view and printable calendar are available.

For ticket assistance in person, the event-day box office opens three hours before the event starts. Hours can vary according to event needs. The box office is operated by Ticketmaster and is at Entry 7.

If your plans also include another venue nearby, the Kia Forum guide to tickets and events covers its visitor basics.

Parking arrangements can vary by event, so plan your arrival around the event details. From El Rancho Inn, drive to YouTube Theater in about 16 minutes. YouTube Theater has multiple Hyundai parking zones, and some or all may open depending on the event. The venue strongly encourages buying parking in advance and arriving early to avoid traffic delays.

If you are driving, check the official site before you go for event-specific parking information. Allow time for traffic and entry, particularly if you need to visit the box office or arrange accessible parking. You can also plan a separate visit to SoFi Stadium while exploring event venues in the area.

YouTube Theater has specific rules for bags, food and drink, payment, and accessible entry. Review these before setting out, since some policies can vary by event.

Bags must not exceed 11 inches by 14 inches and may be searched; clear bags are not required. Outside food and beverages are not permitted, except for one factory-sealed 20-ounce plastic water bottle per person. Empty refillable plastic bottles are allowed and can be filled at hydration stations.

The venue is cashless and accepts major credit cards, debit cards and mobile payments. Complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout the theater; the network name is #HollywoodPark.

Accessible parking is available in every theater parking lot on a first-come, first-served basis. The venue instructs guests to buy an event parking pass and display an ADA placard on the vehicle dashboard.

Wheelchair and companion seating is available on every level, with enhanced sight lines; for most events, you can look for accessible seats through Ticketmaster by selecting “show accessible tickets” in the filter tool.

Two guest elevators, on the east and west sides, serve Level 2 - Orchestra, Level 4 - Plaza and Level 6 - Balcony.

For floor access by elevator, ask a Guest Services Representative to arrange an escort using the VIP elevator. West B, next to the box office, is the designated entry for all shows, and each entry has an accessible path.

The Plaza-level Guest Services Center can help with wayfinding, accessibility seat relocation, assistive-listening-device rentals, sensory bags, sensory-room use and other guest inquiries. Assistive listening devices are available at all ticketed events at no rental cost; you must provide a driver’s license or other valid identification as a deposit.

Open captioning is not available at every event and is provided at the show’s discretion. For concerts, request American Sign Language interpreting by emailing Guest Services at least two weeks in advance or after purchasing tickets.
